PCL uses ‘Control-2007’ software to provide a framework for mapping and measuring business processes, and for managing and improving them. The process maps at the heart of i-WASP enable project teams to lever performance and to achieve it consistently. This powerful combination of ‘Control-2007’ and i-WASP can be used to assess teams, guide them through complex inter-organisational project processes and to introduce new processes and practices to team members and the supply chain as the project develops. Web-based delivery enables all project participants to use a common base of best practice solutions.
