The core production philosophy of i-WASP is the use of Technology Clusters. This advanced project delivery concept is developed through the i-tech programme - a tailored programme for a specific project and develops the project team’s capabilities throughout every stage of the project to maximise the Technology Cluster methodology.

The i-tech programme challenges the use of conventional design, procurement and construction methods. It is designed to help move on from the industry’s functional specialisation approach and develops the technological, knowledge management and communication needs required to deliver technologically complex building processes. By organising the sub-systems of a building project into clusters a more precise approach to client value generation from all of the inputs can be achieved.
