Constructing Excellence

i-WASP's alliance with Constructing Excellence has a three clear aims:

  1. Capture the learning from the Demonstration Projects
  2. Benchmark the Demonstration Projects and add the learning to the core i-WASP process knowledge base
  3. Use i-WASP as the follow-on to the 2015 capability benchmarking to develop top quartile performance for those contractors involved in the Olympics and other associated projects.

The Demonstration Projects are at the leading edge of performance improvement and many lessons are being generated from each project. Where the practice recommended in the i-WASP knowledge base has been superceded then this will be a major source of development in conjunction with the continuous search of the literature and other practice. Additionally, the case studies of the Demonstration Projects are linked to the knowledge base to provide up to date illustrations of current best practice.
